We start the property buying process with a free consultation exploring your requirements – identifying the kind of property you are looking for, the local amenities you will need, the areas that might be of interest to you and the budget you have for the search. If you would like to know more about specific locations after this initial meeting, we can take you on an area orientation.

Now that we have a clear brief, we work as property consultants with local estate agents and our extensive network of contacts to find and review all the suitable properties available in your desired areas. We then visit all of these properties on your behalf and draw up a short list of the ones that best match your requirements. At this point we arrange viewings for all the properties on your shortlist. Often this is the only time our clients need to be present during the property search and while we continue to look for as long as is necessary, many of them find their ideal house or apartment in just a single day.

Once you have selected a property, we conduct all of the negotiations for you, ensuring that we secure the property for the best price possible. When your offer has been accepted, we liaise on your behalf with the estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders and other parties involved in completing the purchase of your house or apartment, ensuring the whole process runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
